Shipping

Can I return an item if I choose the wrong size?

Yes, Of course! We get it, shopping online is tough. 

We offer a no questions asked returns and even a free exchange policy on your first order (up to a maximum of 10$).

How do you ship products?

Packages are sent directly from our manufacturer in Asia and is delivered by your local postal service.

Full tracking is provided on all deliveries, with items also able to be tracked via your local postal service once an item clears local customs.

We also offer express shipping via DHL or FedEX for those looking to receive their items sooner than later. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, once an item is shipped, it takes up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system, especially considering it is a international shipment.

If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Where do you ship from?

Depending on where our stock and inventory is located, you may get your item shipped from Canada or directly from our manufacturer (which is why how we keep our prices so low) located in Asia. 

Are you apparel items USA Sizing or Chinese Sizing?

Bicycle Booth serves the international community at large, so we try our best to ensure our sizing is as close as possible to USA sizing.

To avoid receiving the wrong size, we HIGHLY recommend you double check the size chart and not assume the sizing is the same as other cycling brands. As not all cycling brands are the same.

How long will it take to get my items?

We typically hold an order for 24 hours the moment its placed in case any changes or cancellations are requested.

Once the 24 hour window is closed, our apparel products will then proceed straight to the print as they are made to order, which will take about 2-3 business days to be produce.

Once produced, if you selected express shipping, we will deliver orders to Canada and USA within 5-7 business days and international shipping times vary depending on the destination

For standard shipping, it could take up to 7 to 10  Business Days for delivery depending on the destination. (Not including order processing and production time stated above).

How much is shipping?

For our US & Canada customers, we can be charged a shipping fee of anywhere between $5.95 to 9.95 for standard shipping.

For Express Shipping it is typically 30$+.

For free & discounted shipping, orders must be above 100$.


The shipping cost for our international customers depends on the destination of the order. If you’d like to see how much international shipping will be to your destination, please add an item to your cart and enter a shipping address into our shipping calculator.

Typically, international shipping is $5-$20.

Do you ship internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country, a customs tax may apply in addition to your shipping cost.

NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. If you would like to change the currency you are charged in, please select the currency on the cart page before proceeding to checkout to ensure it will charge your card in your respective currency.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages depending on availability of the item at time of order, or should they require different packaging types. 

This will not add any cost to your order but may result in packages arriving separately.

Do you Sleeveless Jerseys come with Back Pockets?

Yes, all of our Cycling Jerseys, both Aero fit and Club fit come with 3 standard back pockets.

and all jerseys in Sleeveless, Short Sleeve, Long Sleeve and Thermal Fleece come standard with 3 back pockets.

Do your Bib Shorts come with Padding / Chamois?

Yes, all Standard Bib Shorts, Pro Bib Shorts and Shorts without straps come standard with Chamois Gel Padding which is absolutely essential for long distance rides and to prevent injury and saddle sores.

What type of Padding / Chamois do you use?

All cycling shorts, bibs and bib pants at Bicycle Booth use our premium 3D silicone gel pad suitable for beginners and the most professional of cyclists.

What does MTB stand for & Do MTB Jerseys come with pockets?

MTB is an abbreviation for Mountain Bike.

Unfortunately, Our MTB Jerseys do not come with back pockets, as it is not standard on such jerseys.

However, if you wish to add them as a customization, we can definitely do that for you, just email us with your order # at sales@bicyclebooth.com within the first 24 hours.

What types of fabrics do you use for jerseys? Is it just the budget Chinese fabric?

Absolutely Not!

Unlike other stores who try to cut cost and sell in our price range, we have our own manufacturer, and use an upgraded long-weave polyester that has a softer feel, while maintaining it's moisture wicking properties.

What type of Fabric do you use for your Thermal Jerseys & Pants?

All of our winter jersey range come in a thicker material with 2-3 mm fleece lining for ultimate warmth in those cold months and protect you from losing heat from your extremities.

Guaranteed to keep you warm and contain your body heat to keep you outdoors longer.

What type of Grippers do you use on your Bibs & Jerseys?

Our cycling bibs and shorts use our 45mm wide pro-band grippers. These have a thin, wide profile with low-irritant silicone nodules.

Whereas our Jerseys use Silicone grippers along the bottom trim of the jersey.

Are you a Chinese Company?

We were actually founded in Toronto, Ontario selling primarily to the US, Canada and European Cycling communities, but we also ship and cater to over 71 countries worldwide.

The confusion comes when a customer receives our product originating from China.

As a direct to consumer brand, We actually run our own factory in China, and ship factory-direct from there. It gives us lightning fast turnaround for new designs, and full range control while maintain affordable pricing.

It also means we can ship worldwide at very affordable cost and minimal wait times for shipping.

We do however have our returns and exchanges locations in Canada and should you need to send anything back to us (we also offer free exchanges for first time customers).

My Order

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours once they are placed.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours.

Once the production process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Can I request a refund?

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 5 day production time frame) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received due to incorrect sizing or other reasons, you are eligible for a full refund but you must return the unused item to our designated return/exchange address which will provided upon contacting sales@bicyclebooth.com.

I want to buy a cycling kit with different top and bottom sizes, is that possible?

Of-course!

Unlike other sellers, we give you the freedom to mix and match designs.

Does Bicycle Booth cater to group or team orders?

Absolutely Yes!

Does Bicycle Booth do custom designs?

Yes, we offer a custom design service.

As you can tell by our jersey designs, our designers are the best of the best and our designers come up with modern eye catching designs guaranteed to get you compliments.

Once we receive your design idea and proposal, our designers will design something for you and send you a mock up before proceeding with production.

Please keep in mind, all custom jersey design requests are non refundable due to the nature of the item.

If the item doesn't fit upon ordering, Bicycle Booth will gladly offer a reasonable solution. 

What is the policy on Personalized Jerseys and Apparel?

Due to the nature of personalized items, all items are final sale as they cannot be re-sold to other customers as a result of the customization. 

If there is a mistake on the customization due to Bicycle Booth misprinting, we will gladly offer a free resend.

If the item does not fit, please contact us and we will offer a reasonable solution. 

All personalization charges are final sale and non-refundable which include but not limited to:
